Lightweight Power Bogie for Power Concentrated EMUs

According to the requirements of power navy blue achkan concentrated EMUs, a lightweight motor bogie suiting "high-speed railway network" and "general speed railway network" was developed.The main technical and structural characteristics of the bogie was expounded as following: the bogie used B0 axis, the driving device adopt a driving gear + flexible hollow shaft in the coupling of elastic mechanism drive, traction motors were frame suspension, 1 050 mm wheel mounted disc base brake device, rim was lubricated by oil and gas, and the bogie had a smaller wheelbase and less quality.The test results showed one piece romance dawn pack that the bogie had good reliability and dynamic performance.
